Solution
1. Place ordinary desiccant (such as silica gel, montmorillonite, high moisture absorption)
A) Silica gel desiccant: balanced adsorption performance, good thermal stability, stable chemical properties, high mechanical strength, etc. Therefore, the application range is very wide, especially in the fields of medicine, food, electronics and other fields of moisture-proof applications. However, its moisture absorption capacity is only about 35% in a high temperature and high humidity environment, and the raw material production process pollutes the environment and is more expensive ,
B) Montmorillonite: Natural mineral soil, chemically stable, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless, and low cost. However, its adsorption capacity is low, and its moisture absorption capacity is only about 20% in a high temperature and high humidity environment;
c) High hygroscopic desiccant: The common high hygroscopic desiccants on the market are all calcium chloride as the main raw material to make it into a gel after moisture absorption, and the moisture absorption capacity is about 25% under low humidity (RH=20%) It is about 200% under high humidity environment (25℃, RH=90%). However, after the high moisture absorption desiccant absorbs moisture, the water vapor pressure is relatively large. When the environmental humidity is low, some water vapor will be released. At the same time, liquid leakage is prone to occur on the outer packaging, which affects the quality and life of the car lights.
